    320 kilometers. That is the distance of the, by far, longest time trial race ever. This went down at the Olympics in Stockholm 1912 and the route is nowadays known as ”Mälaren Runt”.

    The winner was Rudolph Lewis from South Africa with 10:42:39 and since gears did not exist by 1912 he was riding on a fixie, on gravel roads. #hardcore #timetrial
