All new Timemachine from BMC Switzerland
Succeeding the old Timemachine, BMC has worked on function and fit to improve on what was already among the fastest time trial bikes out there.
The new bike which is being ridden at the Ironman World Championships in Kona features both a triathlon and time trial specific seatpost which can be fore or aft-mounted in order to comply with UCI regulations.
BMC also looked closely at handlebar integration and performance when using larger stack heights, and have come up with the V profile that ticks both boxes. According to their initial information, though, this V-shape might cause troubles with UCI regulations. In that case, there’s a flat-stem that you could use to get lower.
